FREE STANDARD DELIVERY WORLDWIDE FOR ORDERS OVER $300 AUD

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
$10 standard flat rate for Australian domestic orders via Australia Post. All standard orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 2-8 business days.

$18 express flat rate for Australian domestic orders via Australia Post. All express orders will be dispatched next business day and should arrive within 1-4 business days.

Please note Express orders to WA should arrive within 2-6 business days.

INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail.

Costs are calculated at the checkout based on current Australia Post rates for the weight of the order and its destination. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days, and usually takes up to 15 business days for delivery depending on your location. Please visit auspost.com.au to ascertain timing to your country.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be.

PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. Castle reserves the right to change prices at any time.

RETURNS
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs and non refunded payment service fees.* You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 21 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

CASTLE offers 10% off your first order only, when you sign up to the CASTLE newsletter for the first time. Items purchased with discount codes can be returned for credit note only, and are not eligible for a refund except in the event the item is faulty.
